WHAT'S REAL.
I'm Ben. I was born and raised in the northern parts of South Africa. I've been behind a camera taking photographs consistently since the COVID-Lockdown of 2020. In 2022, I moved to Stellenbosch, where I matriculated in 2023. After high school I started studying engineering - aaaaannnndd I hated it.
So I quit my degree halfway through and started BENT. Media Group. I aim to build the most honest and human audio-visual media company in the world at a time in which everything feels fake.
BENT. will always prioritise the people and stories behind projects. The things that truly matter.
In front of the lens, I run the BENT. Podcast - where I have conversations with ordinary people who've done extraordinary things. It's about sport, music, the pursuit of greatness, and the stuff inside guys' heads that they don't usually say out loud.
